Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four standard A19 medium-base bulbs (up to 60W incandescent equivalent each). For a typical bathroom, we recommend four 60W-equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) for a total of 3,200 lumens — bright enough for makeup application and general task lighting. Using four 40W-equivalent bulbs (about 450 lumens each) provides a softer 1,800 lumens for ambient mood lighting.

Light color and feel

The bulb color temperature is your choice since bulbs are not included. For a warm, flattering glow in bathrooms, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. For cooler, more energizing light (great for makeup or shaving), choose 3500K-4000K LED bulbs. The satin-etched glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare. The fixture is fully dimmable when compatible dimmer switches and dimmable LED bulbs are used.
